Shay is responsible for NEA’s marketing deliverables, system and network administration, web-site design and maintenance, and overall administrative functions. As a licensed California real estate agent, Shay also works with outside investors, 1031 exchange buyers and other buyers of T.I.C. interests and syndication offerings in identifying and facilitating value-added and market real estate opportunities. Shay has an extensive information technology and administrative background. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from UCLA.
