Ed Simmons has been a principal for several years and helped form all of the NEA entities. In his role as Executive Vice President of Standard Parking Corporation, Ed is responsible for the company’s Western Division. Standard Parking currently asset and property manages 100% of NEA and its affiliated entities’ assets. Ed’s duties at Standard include the marketing and administration of over 700 Urban facilities in twelve states. He has over 35 years experience in management, leasing, architectural review, project feasibility and due diligence review and was President and CEO of Executive Parking for 20 years.
