Dale Stark is a key member of the NEA team and has been an active principal in the commercial real estate community for several years. With a business partnership that has lasted over thirty (30) years, Dale Stark and Ed Simmons have founded several different successful business ventures including Executive Parking (a commercial parking entity) formed in 1978 that, at the time of sale, had over 160 locations and approximately 500 employees. In addition to NEA, Mr. Stark is a Managing Member of 11 California Limited Liability Companies and currently acts as a Senior Vice President of Standard Parking Corporation (a publicly traded entity) that collects over $1.5 billion in annual revenues and manages (on a third party basis) 100% of NEA and its affiliated entities’ assets. As such, Mr. Stark is involved in the day to day management of the NEA property portfolio.
