As Director of Asset Management, Chuck Hawley is responsible for oversight and management of the NEA and affiliated entities’ portfolio of commercial properties. Mr. Hawley has been a commercial real estate professional for nearly 20 years and has acted in various capacities ranging from on-site property management to Vice President of the Southwest Region for Wilson Cornerstone Properties (a national REIT). Having worked for third party firms such as Prentiss Properties and owners such as Equity Office Properties and General Growth Properties, Chuck has a depth of experience with various product types that benefits him daily in his role as NEA’s Director of Asset Management. While at General Growth, Mr. Hawley managed an asset that was voted most improved and best leasing in 2004. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
